Product

Yes, right now and without signing up. Go to calso.com.au/talk and talk to it in your browser: ask it to take a booking, have it role-play a supplier call, or just grill it on how it works. It needs a microphone and nothing else. Everything there is role-play, so no booking or order is real.

Calso answers your venue's phone on a real Australian landline, and takes the booking. Once you trust it with calls it can take on stock ordering, invoice checking, scheduling and campaigns, using your venue's own context and tone.

Calso works for restaurants, cafes, bakeries, bars, wine bars, brunch spots, catering operations, and any hospitality venue with 1–50 staff.

Phone calls (inbound and outbound), email correspondence, SMS messaging, booking and scheduling management, stock ordering and supplier chasing, email and SMS campaigns, invoice processing, and review replies. It drafts social copy in your voice, but you post it: Calso does not publish to your social accounts.

No. Calso takes real actions rather than just answering questions: it makes phone calls, sends emails, places orders and manages your calendar. It asks before acting until you tell it not to, so it is closer to an employee you are training than to a chatbot.

Yes. Calso uses voice AI to make and receive phone calls on behalf of your venue. It can negotiate with suppliers, confirm bookings with customers, follow up invoices, and answer customer enquiries, 24/7.

Setup & Onboarding

Setup takes about 15 minutes of your time, guided 1-on-1. Calso then watches for the first few days before it acts on anything, and asks you to approve each action until you tell it not to. How quickly it starts acting on its own is your call, not a fixed schedule.

No, and it does not connect to most of them yet either. Square and Xero connect today; Calso does not write into Now Book It, OpenTable, SevenRooms, ResDiary or other POS systems. It answers your phone, takes bookings and messages into its own dashboard, and sends the confirmations. Your existing systems keep doing what they do.

During onboarding, Calso scans your existing systems and interviews you to build a knowledge base about your venue, suppliers, customers, and communication style. It then observes your operations before starting to handle tasks autonomously.

No. The onboarding is done for you 1-on-1. You don't need to configure anything technical. Calso learns from conversation and observation.

Pricing

$199/month, flat, with personal onboarding included and no per-seat pricing. Full breakdown at calso.com.au/pricing.

Everything Calso can do today: answering your phone, taking bookings, supplier ordering and chasing, invoice follow-up, and SMS and email campaigns. Personal onboarding is included. No per-seat pricing and no add-on charges.

No, and deliberately. A trial of a phone system means pointing your real number at something you haven't committed to, which is the worst way to find out whether it works. Instead you pay $199, we set your venue up personally, and if it isn't right you tell us inside 30 days of your first payment and get all of it back.

Security & Privacy

Yes. Each venue's data is isolated and encrypted separately, so a breach of one account cannot expose another's. We use industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit, and Calso does not use your business data to train shared AI models.

Only authorised members of your venue team. Calso's team has limited, audited access for support purposes only.

No. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Control & Trust

Every action is logged and reviewable. You can set approval rules for sensitive actions, and Calso asks before acting in those cases. It starts conservative and earns autonomy as you build trust.

Yes. You define trust levels for different types of actions. Some actions (like placing a regular order) can run automatically; others (like sending a large marketing campaign) can require your approval.

Yes. You can pause individual automations or all activity at any time from the dashboard.
