Foundation

Started with the core infrastructure. The goal was to get the architecture right before building anything visible: each business's data kept separate, and the AI layer everything else runs on.

Data model with every business's records isolated to its own account

Every Kind of Local Business

Calso opens to every kind of local business, not only venues. A salon, a tradie, a clinic or a shop sets it up the same way a cafe does, and keeps its own number.

Two plans: Starter at $99 a month, sized for about 100 answered calls a month, and Pro at $199, sized for about 500. Go over and calls are still answered
Takes a message or a request, like a quote, an appointment or a callback, and texts it to the owner straight away
Answers from the business's own website, Google listing and setup interview, whatever the business does
Venues keep table bookings, as before
